History
PREMESE stands for Prime Education and Mentorship Services. This is a Service that started 30 years ago (1992) as an outreach training for capacity building among the staff of various development institutions. We traversed 15 African Countries. With time, this transformed into in-house residential diploma and Certificate courses under Premese Africa Development Institute and Premese Early Childhood Teachers College back in the year 2000. It was these two institutions which eventually gave birth to our Schools Documented Below.

In 1996, We Started Premese Makueni Academy
In 1996, we started our first Pre-Primary school at Wote Township in Makueni County with 6 pupils. By 2004, it had already blossomed into a fully-fledged Premese Makueni Academy with Pre-Primary and Full Primary School. Today, Premese Makueni Academy is our best enrolled school. It has been and still is one of the best performing schools in the County for the last fifteen years.
In 2008, We Started Premese Greenhill School, Machakos Junction
In 2008, We Launched Premese Greenhill School at Machakos, 1 Km from Kyumbi Junction Turnoff. This is where we have our best infrastructure, and a whole range of modern school facilities. It’s a full primary mixed day and boarding primary school. This is where you find French Classes, Swimming and Piano Classes in addition to other extracurricular activities. It is also and equal opportunity school.
In 2010, We Started St. Francis of Assisi Academy, Mlolongo, Athiriver Sub-County.
In 2010, we started St. Francis of Assisi Academy at Mlolongo in Athiriver Sub-County. This is second best enrolled school after Premese Makueni Academy.
In 2012, We Started Premese Junior Academy, Villa Franca, Imara Daima, Nairobi.
In 2012, we started the Premese Junior Model School at Imara Daima, Nairobi, as a model school for the practical sessions of Premese Early Childhood Teachers Training College students.

Premese Makueni Academy.
Premese Makueni Academy is known for its brilliant performance over the years. It has led Makueni District and County for consecutive years in KCPE. For instance, in 2013 it attained a mean-score of 404 marks in KCPE to lead in Makueni County and to rank among the top 10 schools in the Country. In 2014 the mean score was 408 marks (there was no ranking this time in the Country as per the directive of the Ministry of Education). In 2015 we ranked top in the county and 7 in the country with a meanscore of 407.5
Premese St.Francis of Assisi School.
St. Francis of Assisi Mlolongo had their first KCPE candidates in 2015. Hence they have sat for KCPE twice and some of our candidates have been taken in popular schools like Muthale girls with a score of 406 marks and Muthetheni girls among other popular schools.
Premese Junior Academy Imara Daima Nairobi.
The school is located at Villa Franca estate in the Imara Daima area. This is a school managed under christian principles. The Head Tutor and the Administrator have served Premese for more than ten years in various capacities. One of the 2 is a graduate in education. The Senior Principal, Dr. Ruth Mulwa is a retired lecturer cum S1 teacher.
